The program will replace an existing financial management system with Oracle and introduce standardised processes across multiple government agencies.Your new role:As the Deployment Manager, you will manage the activities required to transition agency groups onto the new Oracle platform.
Working closely with the broader program team, you will coordinate deployment planning, change activities, stakeholder engagement and go-live readiness.Your responsibilities will include:Managing deployment groups through effective planning and coordinationDeveloping deployment schedules, materials and readiness activitiesCoordinating resources, including project and cutover personnelMonitoring tasks, dependencies,



risks and delivery timeframesProviding progress updates to program leadership and governance groupsBuilding strong relationships with agency and program stakeholdersEscalating scheduling risks and supporting mitigation strategiesMaintaining urgency and accountability across deployment activitiesSupporting successful go-live readiness and end-user adoptionWhat you'll need to succeed:Extensive project management experience within complex transformation programsStrong knowledge of financial processes and organisational designExperience managing deployment, implementation or business readiness activitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skillsExperience developing workshop content and materialsProgram scheduling experience using tools such as Jira and ServiceNowStrong risk management, problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesDemonstrated experience managing resources in a complex project environmentAbility to work independently across competing priorities and tight deadlinesFive or more years of project management experience is highly desirableOrganisational change management or business readiness experience is advantageousWhat you'll get in return:You will secure an initial contract of up to 12 months within a high-profile finance reform program.
