Medibank is seeking a Senior CX Designer to lead end-to-end CX and service design across digital, assisted and emerging AI-enabled experiences on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Victoria.
You'll turn customer insights into easy, intuitive solutions that improve how customers discover and choose our products.
You'll collaborate across Product, Marketing, Technology and Data teams, guiding research, prototyping and workshops to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
