Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking a Health Qualified Officer for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to provide assessment, risk management and community follow-up for children and young people who present to The Canberra Hospital Emergency Department or are discharged from inpatient care.
You will deliver recovery‐focused care, develop safety plans with families and carers, and work collaboratively with GPs and other service providers to support positive outcomes.
