Applejack Hospitality is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join RAFI North Sydney.
As the Head Chef's second-in-command, you will lead kitchen operations, drive menu innovation and develop a high-performing team in Sydney's standout dining destination.
You will mentor staff, uphold food quality and safety standards, and contribute to stock control, ordering and cost efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a vibrant, award-winning kitchen.
