The role offers adaptable hybrid work and an opportunity to work on high‐level network and security escalations within a large enterprise environment.
As the L4 escalation authority, you will diagnose complex issues, guide L2/L3 engineers, conduct root cause analysis, and define permanent fixes across Palo Alto, Aruba, Netscaler, Fortigate, Juniper and SD‐WAN
