As a Full Time Store Manager at
Rip Curl Brisbane International Airport
,You will:
Lead from the front and bring The Search to life in everything you do
Build a tight, motivated crew that shows up with energy every shift
Create a store workplace people want to be part of — not just shop in
Drive results while keeping the experience real, easy, and on-brand
Own the vibe, the day-to-day flow, and how the store shows up
Training will commence late November for the new store to open early December
Store trading hours 5am until midnight
Every day is a chance to lead your crew, drive results, and help customers get ready for what's next.

You'll thrive in this role and an airport environment if you:
Lead from the front — setting direction and bringing your crew with you
Know your numbers and use them to drive results
Build strong people — coaching, developing, and lifting performance
Keep the store running smoothly — across operations, standards, and safety
Take pride in the brand and connect with your local community
Able to complete ASIC police background checks
Available to work a full time position with a set roster 38 hours per week
