You will be the voice of the department for direct guests and partners, focusing on sales, guest experience, and accurate booking conversions in a friendly team setting.
You will handle calls and emails, develop product knowledge, and drive enquiries to bookings, while ensuring data accuracy in our reservations system and contributing to management reporting.
