We're looking for a BDR Manager - APAC to lead and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), driving pipeline generation and supporting revenue growth across the region.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, operational excellence, and collaboration across Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing BDR team
Drive activity, meeting generation, conversion performance and pipeline creation across APAC
Monitor and manage team KPIs using data, dashboards and reporting tools
Deliver regular coaching through call reviews, role plays and performance discussions
Analyse team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Partner with Sales, Marketing and Demand Generation teams to align outbound strategies and pipeline objectives
Recruit, onboard and support the development of BDR talent
Manage forecasting, reporting and performance improvement plans where required
Skills and Experience
Experience leading BDR, SDR or similar sales development teams within a SaaS or technology environment




Strong understanding of outbound sales, pipeline generation and performance metrics
Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or comparable sales tools
Ability to coach, motivate and develop individuals at different stages of performance
Data-driven approach with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
