You will lead the interdisciplinary team, plan NDIS therapy packages and act as main contact for participants and families.
A relevant credential and registration are required.
Minimum 2 years' experience with youth 9-25, robust communication, flexibility and drive to grow professionally.
Driver's license, checks and patient-centered approach are essential.
