Blinq is hiring an entry-level Growth Strategy & Operations Associate in Melbourne.
You will work with Strategy & Ops, Sales, Marketing and Product to run growth programs end-to-end, test AI-native GTM experiments, and build target account lists.
You'll own RevOps processes, implement AI tooling across the GTM stack, and help scale Blinq's AI contacts app.
This is an early-career role (0–2 years post uni) designed to learn the craft from inside a rapid-moving, globally distributed team.
