We are seeking a community-focused Village Coordinator to manage our 23 unit Emmaus Village's daily operations, occupancy, administration, finances, maintenance and compliance.
This hands-on role suits an organised professional with property or administration experience, solid customer service skills and a passion for supporting older people.
Day to day this role will see you:
Oversee village operations, presentation, safety and resident services
Manage enquiries, tours, tenancy agreements, occupancy records and new resident orientation
Build strong resident relationships and resolve feedback promptly




Coordinate maintenance, refurbishments, contractors and community activities
Manage administration, invoices, budgets and reporting
Maintain compliance with tenancy, safety and organisational requirements
To be successful in this role you'll need:
Experience in property administration, retirement living or a customer-focused environment
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Experience with budgets, financial administration and reporting
Excellent organisation, attention to detail and Microsoft Office skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across teams
A genuine passion for supporting older people and Catholic Healthcare's Mission and values
