These full-time opportunities offer the chance to work in structured kitchen environments while building your skills and experience within Compass Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare high-quality meals in a bulk cooking environment
Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
Support stock control, deliveries and kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion controlSupport meal preparation and service during busy periods
Work collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
For Chef Applicants
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery




Experience in commercial kitchens, catering or bulk food production
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
For Cook Applicants
Relevant cooking experience in a commercial kitchen or catering environment
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
For All Applicants
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable, team-focused and committed to delivering quality food
Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider kitchen team
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check
