You will collaborate with the Head Chef to drive standards, mentor junior staff, and contribute to menu development across bistro and functions.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will maintain strict food safety and hygiene, manage portion control, and help sustain the venue's rising culinary reputation within TenGolf Group.
