SA Health through Statewide Clinical Support Services seeks a Senior Pharmacist – Clinical Governance for CALHN.
The role covers Adelaide CBD and other CALHN sites, leading medication safety initiatives and supporting governance committees to strengthen NSQHS accreditation and protected medicine use.
You will translate data into practice, provide clinical pharmacy leadership, supervise staff, and drive quality improvements with multidisciplinary teams in a pro rata, 0.6 FTE arrangement.
