Your Day-to-Day
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be the face of Julio's, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through to departure.
Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team,



you'll help ensure every guest enjoys the warm hospitality and high standards that Julio's and Holiday Inn are known for.
Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service
Deliver food and beverages to guests to a consistently high standard
Recommend menu items, beverages, and daily specials with confidence and enthusiasm
Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards throughout the venue
Assist with the setup and pack-down of restaurant and event spaces
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service
Uphold all food safety, hygiene, workplace health and safety, and responsible service standards

You will play an important role in helping guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a positive, service-oriented hospitality professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hospitality, or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner




Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong personal presentation and a positive attitude
You will also:
Hold a current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
Have completed a recognised Food Safety course
Be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Have flexibility to work additional shifts across a seven-day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Hold unrestricted Australian working rights
