NSW Health's St Vincent's Hospital Sydney in Darlinghurst is inviting applications for a Social Worker in the Alcohol and Drug Service, Community Outpatient.
The role is a max-term full time contract through June ****, with Monday–Friday shifts and a focus on psychosocial assessment, counselling and care planning.
You will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-informed interventions for people who use stimulants, while contributing to service improvement and community education.
