Contract and Management Payment System Administration Officer

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused System Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you'll be part of a small, collaborative team supporting the Contract and Management Payment System (CAMPS), a critical business system used across the ACT Government to manage contract administration, project delivery, invoice processing and reporting for infrastructure projects.
If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, supporting business systems, and helping users get the most from technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will:
Provide high-quality frontline support to CAMPS users, managing enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating the resolution of system-related matters.
Build solid working relationships with stakeholders across government, providing responsive and professional customer service.
Support the delivery of user training and induction sessions to build user capability and confidence in CAMPS.
Promote the capabilities and benefits of CAMPS while supporting its effective and consistent use across government.
We're seeking someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a commitment to customer service, and experience working in a system support or service desk environment.
Experience supporting CAMPS, or a similar contract management, project management, or enterprise business system, will be highly regarded.

This is a temporary position available from 16 November **** to 31 March **** with the possibility of permanency.
Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
An order of merit will be established from this selection process which may be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.

This position is located in a workplace designated for activity-based working (ABW).
Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
Opportunities for flexible working options could include hybrid working, being a combination of working from home, designated office based and FlexiSpace working locations across the ACT, part-time hours, job-sharing, flexible start, and finish times.
Note: Under the ACTPS employment framework you may be placed in another role where required for the efficient administration of the service.
