Corpshore Australia is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide in office tier 1 and tier 2 support for outsourcing clients from the Brisbane site.
You will tackle hardware, software and network issues as they arise through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolutions within SLAs while maintaining security practices.
You will diagnose, document, and resolve issues across desktop environments, VPN connectivity, and basic networks.
