You will manage inventory, merchandising, staff scheduling, and KPI performance while mentoring a team of retail professionals and upholding brand standards.
The role requires at least 3 years supervisory retail experience, a passion for LEGO, and a collaborative, fun culture that motivates teams and engages kids.
