Eucalyptus is seeking a CRM Manager to own the full patient lifecycle for Juniper, from lead capture and onboarding through engagement, retention, churn intervention and reactivation.
You will unite CRM activity under one owner and build a data-driven lifecycle engine across email, SMS, push and in-app channels.
As a senior contributor, you will set strategy, work directly in the CRM platform, create meaningful patient segments and run experiments to improve conversion, retention and lifetime
