We're looking for an
enthusiastic and innovative Lifestyle Assistant
to bring energy, heart and creativity to our aged care community.
This is more than delivering activities — it's about getting to know our residents, understanding what matters to them and creating meaningful experiences that make a genuine difference.
What You'll Bring
You're the kind of person who:
Is a natural ideas person who enjoys thinking outside the box
Brings energy, creativity and fresh thinking to resident engagement
Is confident introducing new ideas and embracing positive change
Has a genuine passion for aged care and enhancing the lives of older people
Understands the importance of meaningful relationships and person-centred care
Can work effectively as part of a team and confidently on your own
Brings hands‐on experience as a Lifestyle Assistant
Can design and deliver engaging, meaningful activities that reflect residents' interests and needs
Holds a
Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle OR Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
