Anytime Fitness Bandon Fitness Group is looking for an outstanding Club Manager to lead one of our ACT clubs, based at either Deakin or Mitchell.
We're not just looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations of a gym.
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven leader who will take ownership of club performance, drive membership growth and build a thriving fitness community.

THE OPPORTUNITY
As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of your club, with a strong focus on membership growth, sales performance, member retention and team leadership.
You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, supported by an experienced leadership team and a growing multi-club fitness group.
Your key responsibilities include:
Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve individual and club goals
Drive membership growth, sales performance and key club KPIs
Deliver an exceptional member experience and build a strong club community
Lead local marketing, social media and community engagement initiatives
Oversee club operations, presentation, safety and compliance with franchise and WHS standards
Must be available during all Gym Hours from Monday to Saturday
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Driving club growth:
Proactively generating leads, converting enquiries into memberships and identifying opportunities to grow the business.




Owning sales performance:
Taking responsibility for membership targets, sales activity, follow-ups and overall club results.
Leading your team
: Coaching, engaging and holding your team accountable to deliver exceptional results.
Creating an outstanding member experience
: Building relationships, maintaining a positive club culture and ensuring members love being part of our community.
Improving member retention
: Engaging with members, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and reducing cancellations.
Managing club operations
: Ensuring your club operates efficiently, professionally and to the highest standards.
Building local connections
: Developing relationships with local businesses and the community to increase brand awareness and generate current membership opportunities.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and genuinely excited by the opportunity to grow a club.
You'll ideally bring:
Proven experience in sales, business development or a target-driven leadership role.
A track record of achieving results and driving business growth.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication skills and confidence building relationships.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
The ability to analyse performance, identify opportunities and take action.
A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
