Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc. is hiring a Permanent Full Time Personal Carer to provide pro-active, person-centred services across a rotating AM/PM roster.
This 76 hours per fortnight role focuses on residents' health and well-being, tailoring support to individual goals and preferences.
You will need a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care, plus experience as a Personal Carer and robust communication.
