Capricorn is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant - Claims & Recoveries to own technical learning, onboarding and development plans for the Claims and Recoveries teams during a 12 month fixed-term prospect.
Based in Perth with a national remit, you will partner closely with Claims and Recoveries leaders, subject matter experts and the Organisational Capability team to build consistent, practical learning experiences.
