Thiess is seeking a Training Coordinator for the Olive Downs Project, 40km southwest of Moranbah, Queensland. The role focuses on coordinating in office training, maintenance of training records, and ensuring compliance with Thiess, client, and legislative requirements. The 8/6 roster supports a balanced work-life arrangement.
You will work with Training Specialists and Crew Trainers, driving proficiency-based and new-to-industry training while supporting health and safety across site.
