is seeking an experienced
Workshop Supervisor
to lead our Dubbo workshop.
About the role
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair and reliability of a fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment. Working closely with the management team, you'll lead a team of technicians and apprentices while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.
Key responsibilities
Leading daily workshop operations and maintenance activities
Coordinating scheduled servicing, repairs and equipment rebuilds
Supporting technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs
Mentoring apprentices and developing team capability and succession
Driving safety, quality and continuous improvement
About you
Previous workshop supervisory experience
Strong earthmoving equipment knowledge
Excellent organisational and communication skills




A hands-on approach and commitment to high standards
Experience with Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi equipment is highly regarded!!
