Customer Services Officer (Grade 1), Admissions Team
In the role of Customer Services Officer (Grade 1), Admissions Team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, ensuring a smooth and supportive admission experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing patient admissions, discharges and documentation
Collecting and recording patient information accurately
Supporting billing processes including private health insurance checks
Providing informed financial consent and cost estimates
Liaising with patients, families and internal teams
Delivering high-quality customer service in a busy hospital environment

Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Confident using computer systems and administrative processes
A team player with a professional and empathetic approach
