, we are seeking a caring and dedicated Teacher Aide to support students in our Middle Years, commencing at the start of the **** school year.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Learning Enrichment, the Teacher Aide plays a key role in delivering inclusive education across our Middle Years. Working alongside teachers and learning enrichment staff, you will provide one-on-one and small group support to help students with diverse needs access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.
In this role you will:
Support the delivery of personalised learning programs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide targeted one-on-one and small group assistance in the classroom
Encourage student independence, confidence and engagement through positive, supportive practices
Monitor and record student progress and share feedback with teaching staff




Build respectful, trusting relationships with students, staff and families
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and positive learning setting, including playground duty and support at events such as carnivals and excursions

Selection Criteria
Certificate III or IV in Education Support (or equivalent qualification or working towards).
Demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in an educational setting.
Ability to implement differentiated learning strategies under the guidance of teaching staff.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
Understanding of confidentiality, duty of care, and inclusive education practices.
Ability to follow direction, work independently, and contribute as a collaborative team member.
Experience supporting students with disabilities, learning difficulties, or behavioural needs.
Familiarity with Individual Education Plans (IEPs), adjustments, and intervention strategies.
Knowledge of assistive technologies and digital learning tools.
Previous experience in a faith-based or independent school setting with a commitment to the College's values and a willingness to support its Christian ethos.
