The role involves advanced nursing practice, autonomous care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to bridge primary, acute, and specialist services.
You will lead in rural healthcare, deliver patient-centred care, and participate in professional development.
Term: temporary full time from 1 September **** to 30 June **** with competitive hourly remuneration
