Coolum Beach Hotel, part of the Endeavour Group's ALH Hotels network, is transforming into a world-class beachside venue and seeks an energetic Restaurant Manager to own the floor of our high-volume dining room and bistro.
Reporting to the Venue Manager and collaborating with the Executive Kitchen team, you will lead service, coach front‐of‐house staff, manage reservations, and uphold gold-standard safety and guest experience.
