Southern Cross Care invites applications for a Level 2 Physiotherapist within our Health & Fitness team.
You will drive clinical excellence, lead Level 1 Physiotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists, and manage a complex caseload across our facilities and home care, delivering assessments and tailored treatment plans to help older people live safely and independently.
You will work both in office and off-site, guiding reablement strategies and collaborating with an integrated team to promote
