South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an After Hours Nurse Unit Manager (Lvl 1) for Mental Health Services.
The role oversees nursing leadership during evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays, ensuring protected, responsive, recovery-oriented care across inpatient and community settings.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage rostering resources, and drive clinical governance and quality improvement in a major health district.
