SA Health is seeking a part time RN/M3 Nurse Consultant – Clinical System Support & Improvement to enhance patient flow and enable early discharge across out-of-hospital strategies.
You will lead nursing teams, assess community care needs and coordinate care pathways for target groups identified by the Metropolitan Referral Unit.
The role involves autonomous practice, collaboration across services, and responsibility for program leadership to improve hospital avoidance.
