The Nurse Educator is a senior clinical leader responsible for strengthening the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workforce through culturally protected education, training, mentorship, and clinical supervision across Torres and Cape communities.
The role develops workforce capability and supports evidence-based practice for Health Workers, Health Practitioners, and Hospital Liaison Officers, helping them work to their full scope of practice.
