Discover Nursing Australia is seeking a friendly Disability Support Worker to provide consistent 1:1 support to a female participant with a physical disability in Black Springs, NSW ****. The role covers cleaning, meal prep and companionship at home for two days per week, 10:00 am–1:00 pm, with days to be agreed.
You will assist transfers using a standing turntable and follow the participant's plan. Applicants should have Certificate III in Individual Support, NDIS Worker Screening, police
