Rio Tinto in Gladstone is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead Communities & Social Performance (CSP) across BSL, Yarwun and QAL. You will shape CSP strategy, manage a team of professionals and build trusted relationships with Traditional Owners and local stakeholders.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive social investment, partnerships and risk management to sustain social licence and create shared value for the business and regional communities in a heavy-industry setting.
