Burson, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and motivate the team to perform at their best. You will be hands-on, engaging with trade and retail customers and building a high-performing store team across automotive parts.
In this role you'll manage customer service, inventory control, store standards, and OH&S; compliance, while supporting the Store Manager and developing staff.
