Part-Time Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory
Employer: HAYS Canberra partnering with Barbell Foods.
Contract: Permanent part-time, 15 hours per week.
Hybrid: First month training in Canberra office then 3 mornings office and 2 days from home.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing customer enquiries via email, phone, social media, reviews, and live chat
Coordinating urgent order changes, cancellations, and customer requests
Resolving customer concerns with a solutions-focused approach
Communicating proactively regarding shipping delays, backorders, and subscriptions
Escalating product quality concerns and coordinating internal follow-up
Maintaining help centre content, response templates, and support resources
Monitoring customer feedback and identifying improvement opportunities
Assisting with reporting on customer activity, response times, and service trends
Ensuring all interactions meet service standards and quality expectations
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in customer service, administration, support,



or customer-facing coordination roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence handling inbound phone enquiries
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
