ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head Chef,



you will take ownership of a designated kitchen section and ensure smooth, high-quality service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing food preparation and service within your section
Ensuring consistency in flavour, presentation and portion control
Supervising and guiding Commis Chefs
Maintaining strict HACCP and hygiene standards
Monitoring stock levels and minimising waste
Assisting with menu development
Leading by example with professionalism and teamwork
ABOUT YOU
Demonstrated experience as CDP, preferable in bulk food preparation and high-volume function catering, with the ability to consistently deliver dishes to a high standard
Strong plating skills and attention to detail
Leadership capability and mentoring mindset
Calm and organised under pressure
Reliable and committed to high standards
