Junior Desktop Engineer – TechBar Supportn
Location: Melbourne, VIC – Fully onsite, 5 days per week

Role Overviewn
We are seeking a Junior Desktop Engineer to provide in-person TechBar support to end users in Melbourne. You will troubleshoot device and application issues, assist with day-to-day technical queries, and help ensure a smooth workplace technology experience.

This is a fully onsite role requiring attendance at the central office five days per week.

Provide face-to-face TechBar and desktop support to end users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, device and application issues.

n
Assist users with technical queries and workplace technology problems.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams.
n
n
n
n
n
n
Deliver a positive and customer-focused support experience.

Required Skills and Experiencen

Basic desktop support and troubleshooting knowledge.

n
Good understanding of Windows devices and common business applications.
n

n
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.

Desirable Experiencen

Exposure to endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF or SCCM.
n

n
n
n
Awareness of endpoint security tools and practices.

n

n
Previous experience in TechBar, walk-up or service desk support.
