DCC Industry Group is seeking a dedicated care worker for a permanent part time role in Queensland. The position involves predominantly sleepover shifts (2pm–6am and 4pm–8am) with 24/7 roster coverage to support children and young people with complex needs and trauma backgrounds.
You will deliver trauma-informed care, foster independence and build resilience in a nurturing home environment. Ideal applicants hold a Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent, show cultural sensitivity and calm
