Full time – live in position
This position requires a couple to maintain a 5-acre property located in Dural, with extensive lawns, gardens, tennis court and swimming pool.
The couple will be responsible for maintaining the entire property and associated equipment while ensuring the property is consistently presented to the highest level.
The successful applicant will be reliable and have a high attention to detail, as well as being respectful of the owner's property and privacy.
This position would suit a mature, active couple who enjoy Hills District living and have previous experience in similar roles, looking for a long-term position.
Includes on-site accommodation.
Start Date would be November 23rd, ****
Key Responsibilities
Property and garden maintenance
Liaison with contractors as required
Swimming pool and guest house and tennis court
Supervision of animals - two dogs, aviary, and chicken house.
