ResMed Inc is seeking a leader for the Customer Intelligence Foundations team to shape governance, strategy, and activation of AI-enabled customer intelligence across CX, product, and business functions. This role drives the EXI knowledge layer, AI agent strategy, and synthetic audience guardrails, enabling evidence-based decisions and responsible AI practices.
Based in a hybrid setup, you would be in the office 2–3 days per week, collaborating with CX leadership to align insights with product
