About the Role
As a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of the Mocka brand and play a key role in creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for our customers.
You will:
Deliver friendly, genuine and knowledgeable customer service
Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the right products




Support sales targets through confident and consultative selling
Maintain a well-presented, trading-ready store environment
Assist with stock receiving, replenishment and inventory tasks
Merchandise products and help create inspiring displays
Process transactions efficiently through the POS system
Support promotional activity, floor moves and seasonal updates
Work collaboratively with the broader store team to achieve shared goals
About You
You're passionate about customer service and enjoy being part of a team that creates memorable shopping experiences.
You'll bring:
A genuine passion for helping customers
Friendly, confident and approachable communication skills
A positive attitude and strong team mindset
Reliability and flexibility, including availability on weekends and during peak trading periods
The ability to take initiative and work independently when required
Previous retail or customer-facing experience is highly regarded, but not essential. An interest in furniture, homewares, interiors or styling will set you apart.
