Looking for your next Project Management opportunity within Financial Services?
We're partnering with a highly regarded investment and wealth management organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing technology team. With a significant portfolio of projects already underway and a strong pipeline of future initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse mix of infrastructure, application, compliance, cyber security, CRM, AI, data and business transformation projects. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering projects end-to-end while helping support an evolving PMO environment.
About The Role
This is not a role for someone looking to deliver the same project repeatedly. Instead, you'll work across a broad range of initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to drive outcomes in a lean, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, quickly learning new subject matter and taking ownership of delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include
Managing multiple concurrent technology and business projects from initiation through to implementation and go-live
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, resource plans and delivery milestones
Managing project governance, RAID registers and delivery reporting
Coordinating vendors, implementation partners and internal stakeholders
Identifying risks, issues and dependencies while driving mitigation strategies
Supporting project scoping,



prioritisation and business engagement activities
Facilitating workshops, project meetings and stakeholder communications
Supporting UAT, business readiness and go-live planning activitiesn-l>n-l>n-l>n-l>
Managing project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
About You
You'll be a proactive and adaptable Project Manager who enjoys variety and thrives when faced with new challenges. We're looking for someone who can quickly understand requirements, build delivery plans and drive outcomes with limited direction.
We're Interested In Speaking With Professionals Who Have
Proven end-to-end Project Management experience
Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Jira experience
Strong project governance, reporting and RAID management capability
Experience working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
Excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
The ability to operate effectively within lean and fast-moving teams
Highly Regarded
Financial services, wealth management or capital markets experience
Exposure to compliance, cyber security, infrastructure or platform projects
PMO experience
PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent certifications
Experience working with global stakeholders and third-party vendors
