As Store Manager, you'll play a key role in establishing the team, setting the standard and driving the store's success from day one.
You are an energetic retail leader who loves connecting with customers, developing high-performing teams and achieving sales success. With previous management experience in fashion, accessories, retail or customer-focused environments, you're confident leading by example on the shop floor. Highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about styling, you'll bring enthusiasm and positivity every day.
Your responsibilities:
Lead daily store operations and customer experience
Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing team
Drive sales,



KPIs and store profitability
Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards
Manage stock, rostering and operational excellence
You will have:
Previous Store Management experience
Strong sales and KPI achievement history
Talent for fashion, styling and customer service
Proven ability to coach and motivate teams
Excellent organisation and communication skills
You will receive:
Tuesday to Saturday roster for better work-life balance
Salary from $68K+ based on experience
