The Role
As Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Hervey Bay dealership. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a hands-on approach to team management, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and administration
Drive profitability, business growth, and performance targets




Foster a customer-first culture across all departments
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and company policies
Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing team members
Develop and implement marketing and business development initiatives
Report to and collaborate with head office to align on strategic objectives
About You
Proven experience in a senior management role within the automotive or motorcycle industry (Dealer Principal or General Manager highly regarded)
Strong financial and operational management experience
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities
A genuine passion for motorcycles and the lifestyle they represent
A proactive and driven approach to business growth and customer satisfaction
