Opal HealthCare is seeking a hands-on Head Chef for a roving role across multiple sites in Greater Sydney and the Central West. You will deliver nutritious meals, lead kitchen teams, and ensure food safety compliance, while rotating to provide Head Chef coverage as needed.
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with travel between sites. A Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisory Certification are essential, along with 5+ years of Head Chef experience in aged care or
