The Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program is designed to give ambitious graduates a fast-tracked introduction to the exciting world of advertising and media. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry leaders, and build a strong foundation for a successful career at

8-month rotational program commencing in February ****
, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of the media landscape by having exposure to four key areas of the business:
Val Morgan Cinema Sales
VMO Sales
VMO Operations
VMO Commercial
No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting a client campaign, the next collaborating with our sales, operations, strategy, or commercial teams. Along the way, you'll build valuable practical skills while working alongside talented people who are passionate about what they do.
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for curious, driven and motivated graduates, or final-year university students, who are eager to learn and ready to launch their careers in media.
