Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking a hands-on Café Manager to lead a busy Canberra site. You will be on the floor, motivate a team of around six including an Assistant Manager, and drive a high-standard service with food and takeaway operations.
The role offers autonomy with support from an operations team, operating roughly 80% hands-on and 20% admin. Ideal candidates will have café or similar venue experience, solid people skills, and a focus on customer experience and safety.
